International Dance League is the first ever premiere league of dance in the Netherlands, bringing the urban dance culture to a next level.
IDL strives to create a professional infrastructure within the urban dance world and the battle circuit in order to raise hip-hop and street dance as a genre to the next level and to contribute to the emancipation of these dance communities. A top level dance competition with performers who battle it out for a whole year to become the undisputed pro-champion. The competition will be presided over by a jury of peers and presented by trendsetters from the world of dance. The International Dance League is initiated by Leal van Herwaarden and
Anthony Benjamin.
Together with International Dance League we’re hosting 1 out of 3 Qualifier events this year where dancers can battle to earn points and make it through the pre-selections to the Top 16, 8, 4, final or winning the event. The more points you have, the better chance you have to get
into the Draft, and be selected for one of the International Dance League teams for the festival in October.
